We are currently recruiting for a full time administrator for our office in Lewisham. The candidate will be well presented, a good communicator and able to demonstrate excellent customer service. The candidate must be able to perform under pressure and still provide exceptional service to our customers.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Core Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Dealing with customers on a daily basis face to face, via email or over the phone email to resolve any queries or confirm product orders
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Processing payments and orders
  • Keeping track of pending customer orders
  • Learning our product range and how our products function so you can advise customers
  • Liaising with head office to book appointments for customers
  • Entering, retrieving and interpreting information in a database
  • Partaking in our monthly stock takes
  • Providing the right details and information to customers to conclude sales
  • Working as part of a team to keep our company running to the highest standards

  • Ability to perform and maintain composure under pressure

Sales experience is preferable but not necessarily in the security industry as full training will be given.

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that general business operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. As a security company, there are specific rules and procedures that will need to be learnt and followed. You will be performing ad hoc or administrative functions.
  • General enquiries and customer services
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with a wide range of customer enquires
  • Dealing with customer emails
  • Opening, sorting and dealing with the daily post
  • General Administrative work – updating accounts, closing or setting up new accounts, updating client information, archiving relevant documentation etc.
  • Dealing with stock taking and re-ordering when required
  • Other related duties as required

Salary

Depending on Experience.

The applicant must have at least 8 years experience within the security industry and a valid driving license.

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of various manufacturers product including the following:

  • HKC
  • Paxton
  • Vista
  • Scantronic
  • Menvier
  • Galaxy
  • Bpt
  • Gardtec

The post requires a self motivated, diligent individual who can work independently or as part of a team. They must demonstrate an ability to use their own initiative and must exercise good communication skills. The days of employment are 5 days a week plus roster weekends, including a roster early shift. The hours of employment are 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

The post requires a self motivated, diligent individual who can work independently or as part of a team. They must demonstrate an ability to use their own initiative and must exercise good communication skills. The days of employment are 5 days a week including Saturday, with a day off in the week in lieu of, the hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
